Future War

Stan arrives in the console room of the TARDIS to discover a seemingly possessed Natasha at the controls. When she comes around, Stan realizes that she has somehow inputted mathematically impossible coordinates into the TARDIS, and that it is hurtling through space-time to an unknown destination. Meanwhile, Natasha is hearing voices in her head, telling her that she has forgotten who she is and that she has a mission. The TARDIS materializes on Gallifrey…in the far future! Homonculette is there waiting for them. They find out they are on Gallifrey Nine and they are in the middle of a war with the Enemy. Apparently the Enemy is a hive of energy beings and they have destroyed five of the nine Gallifreys. Homonculette explains that the Enemy appeared seven decades ago and attacked the Time Lords with no provocation. Natasha is discovered to be tainted by the Enemy and is studied by Time Lord scientists. During the examination, she turns into one of the energy beings. Stan and Thelonius enter a trance in order to contact Natasha on the astral plane and attempt to free her mind from the Enemy’s influence. Natasha escapes the lab and Alpha follows her. Stan and Thelonius decide to find out what is really going on. Stan makes a device that will free Natasha on the astral plane. Thelonius searches Homonculette’s office for answers about the War. Thelonius re-enters the astral plane and has a scary but brief encounter with Syndrome (who has become lost on the astral plane). Stan’s device saves Thelonius, who returns to normal space. Homonculette kidnaps Natasha and uses her to bring him to the flagship of the Enemy. Once there, she refuses to help him and he is captured by the Enemy. Natasha fully transforms into one of the beings and learns that she has always been one of them. She was changed into a human and given false memories so that she could infiltrate Gallifrey of the past via Stan and his TARDIS. On becoming human, she forgot her mission and traveled with Stan as if she really were a human called Natasha. Meanwhile, Alpha has been accidentally taken aboard the Enemy flagship as well and joins up with Natasha and Homonculette. Natasha convinces Homonculette and the Enemy to discuss a truce. At this point only Gallifrey Nine remains. They meet with members of the High Council in a Time Bubble. Homonculette leaves the meeting with Marie and arrives in his office where he meets Stan and Thelonius. He tells them to leave and he does something with his computer. He and Marie leave, as do Stan and Thelonius. From the Time Bubble, everyone watched Gallifrey Nine explode. Feeling betrayed, the Time Lords leave. The Enemy returns to their ship and take Stan’s TARDIS aboard. Natasha tries to rebel, but is attacked by the Enemy. Alpha is killed trying to save her. Natasha is exiled; spread across all of known space for millennia. It is believed Homonculette set Gallifrey Nine to self-destruct so that it would not fall into the Enemy’s hands. Stan and Thelonius escape in the TARDIS and plummet back in time, where they meet Book in a forest on an unknown planet. He says he needs their help against…the Daleks!
