Landing inside an ambassadorial starship in the year 2214, our adventurers find the ship hurtling towards the planet Azure and burning up in reentry. It's captain and co-pilot burned to a crisp Stan attempted to steer the ship to a more habitable landing, to no avail. Whilst the ship plunged deep within the planet's oceanic depths, our heroes and the Earth ambassador were able to escape inside a escape pod.

It became evident that Azure, a world entirely underwater, had a hyper oxygenated liquid atmosphere. This allowed our heroes to breathe underwater without too much trouble. Meeting the natives during a national slave-bearing NackTack race, Natasha found herself selected as an unwilling participant. As per terms of the race, winners were awarded one quatloo (resembles a large heavy pink stone made of plankton). The losers were executed. With her skill and the help of Paramanthea mentally bolstering her NackTack and berating the opponents, Natasha quickly won acclaim as the foreign hero of their race, in addition to the favour of the queen, Shak'a.

During the race, Stan found himself kidnapped by the incumbent usurper of the nation's throne, Prime Minister Kut'lt'tsk. In his lair, it was revealed that Kut'lt'tsk was using the Ambassadorial mission as a fulcrum in his attack against the corrupt and evil King Ber'alon, who seem to pander towards the excesses of the rich and ignore the needs of the poor and helpless of the rest of the planet. Stan was then released and brought back to his companion.

After meeting all the Azure royal family, and various levels of government, our heroes were led off towards their own rooms for rest:

Paramanthea fell through a hidden wall in her room, dealing with a variety of mazes and traps laid by the corrupt members of the royal family. Natasha found herself trapped by Queen Shak'a. Human sweat and salt was an element missing on Azure, thus causing the next stage of evolution amongst its inhabitants. Shak'a grew into a 10' tall creature with teeth and claws and escaped the palace to swim into the deep depths of the planet, where it could survive. Natasha and Paramanthea were suspected of murdering Shak'a and held responsible. Just as they were to be executed, Prime Minister Kut'lt'tsk and his armies invaded.

Whilst this was going on, Stan found himself led by King Ber'alon's father, Ne'va, to discover an old earth ship had crash landed beneath the Azurian palace, and that the court wizard Magus, was a charlatan using Earth's advanced technology for parlour tricks. Being revealed, Magus and the keeper of the dungeons, Warrant, attacked Stan. After an intense firefight, Magus and Warrant were thwarted.

Inside the ground starship beneath the palace, Stan then fixed the ship's transmat systems and scanners. Using them, he recovered the down ambassadorial starship and thusly found the Tardis. Transmatting down to the area, it was revealed that after the first crash landing of an Earth Ship almost 100 years before had created a whole society of transmuted creatures that had gone deeped underwater where the pressure was greater and more habitable for them. Our heroes found themselves embraced and greeted by their society, whilst turmoil subsided with Kult'lt'tsk gained gained victory above.
